Each Classic 7.5 ft Tree comes with the LED uplight, tree storage container, installation hardware, replacement ball chain & connectors, (200) “S” hooks, a duster, and a pair of white gloves. If you purchase the decorated option, it also comes with 96 chandelier crystals, 96 glass bulb or acrylic ornaments, and a mirror ball on a battery powered mirror ball rotator device. (Tulip stand and sputnik tree topper sold separately)

Each Wall Tree comes with the LED uplight, tree storage container, installation hardware, replacement ball chain & connectors, (100) “S” hooks, a duster, and a pair of white gloves. If you purchase the decorated option, it also comes with a customizable tree topper, 36 chandelier crystals, 36 glass bulb or acrylic ornaments, and a mirror ball on a battery powered mirror ball rotating device.

Each Small Tree (Jubilee) comes with 40 glass crystals, 4 full sets of shatterproof ball ornaments (silver, red, green, and blue), rechargeable LED light with remote control and 4 color option cycles, 3 AA rechargeable batteries, and star, shamrock, and heart holiday toppers.

Each Soaring 10 ft tree  comes with the LED uplight, tree storage container, installation hardware, replacement ball chain & connectors, (300) “S” hooks, a duster, and a pair of white gloves. If you purchase the decorated option, it also comes with 150 chandelier crystals, 150 glass bulb or acrylic ornaments, and a mirror ball on a battery powered mirror ball rotating device. (Tulip stand and sputnik tree topper sold separately)

What if my order is damaged during shipping?2019-11-19T10:11:25-07:00

Your tree package consists of replacement ornaments, chains, and connectors. There should be enough supplies included so that you are able to put up your tree with ease, even if if it appears damaged. Please note that its not uncommon for the chains of the tree to disconnect during shipping. The chains are easy to reconnect and refer to the replacement hardware kit in the event a chain needs replacement. If extra parts are still needed or in the the event the tree is beyond repair due to damage please send photos of the damaged box to Matt@ModernChristmasTrees.com and the item will be replaced quickly at no charge.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Modern Christmas Trees. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt or prior to December 25th (whichever comes first), for a credit, less applicable shipping charges

Please note to be eligible for a credit, your returned goods must be in transit to our designated Modern Christmas Trees Return Center within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that Modern Christmas Trees is unable to accept returns or exchanges on any customized items except in the event of a defect, in which case the item will be replaced.

In the event of an unsatisfactory product, we ask that our customers cover the shipping costs to return the item(s).

Returns meeting the following criteria will be considered “outside of policy”:

Returns in transit to our Returns Center after 30 days of receipt or after December 25th (whichever comes first);
Unauthorized returns;
Returns on products damaged due to improper care or use;

How do I return my item?

Please email matt @ modernchristmastrees. com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Alternatively, if you are located outside the United States or you prefer not to use our label(s), you may ship the item back to us at the address below via your preferred traceable shipping method at your own expense.

Where do I return my item?

All returns must be sent to one of our designated Modern Christmas Trees facilities. If you use one of our generated pre-paid labels, they will automatically include the address of the designated return center.
