WILL MY SHIPMENT BE DELAYED?

We’re excited to get your order to you! FedEx is processing a record number of packages and as a result of COVID-19 some shipments may experience delivery delays. If you’re waiting for an order, we recommend monitoring your tracking number to get real time delivery updates. Tracking numbers may be issued 24-48 before items are picked up by FedEx. Please do not be concerned if there is little movement in the first couple days. We thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times. Orders placed between Monday – Thursday typically go out within 24 hours via FedEx. Orders on Fridays and the weekends are shipped out the following Monday. Expedited shipping is available upon request at the buyers expense. Please contact Matt@ModernChristmasTrees.com for further details.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, please see the email we send as soon as we create your FedEx labels. Please note that orders with multiple and/or large items may have unique tracking numbers. Tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to display movement.

Orders placed by 12pm ET will ship the same business day, while orders placed after 12pm ET will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET Friday will ship the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Certain pieces of your order may be consolidated to reduce the number of boxes we use.

Additionally, a tracking number may display “Label Created” status for up to 48 hours after shipment. This does not necessarily mean the item is not moving, rather it has not yet reached the next delivery hub to be scanned.
